What Items Can Be Returned?
We accept returns on items within 28 days of receipt, provided they meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All tags, labels, and hygiene seals must remain intact.
- Items purchased as part of a set must be returned as a complete set.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they were delivered damaged:
- Lingerie: Items with damaged or removed hygiene seals, tags, or labels.
- Hosiery: Once opened or worn.
- Adult Toys & Accessories: If the packaging has been opened or the tamper seal is broken.
- Customised Items: Products specifically personalized for you.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please notify our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery. Items must meet the following criteria to qualify for a replacement or refund:
- The product must not have been worn, used, or washed.
- All tags, labels, and hygiene seals must remain intact.
To process your claim, email our team at support@seductivesecrets.co.uk with:
- Your order number.
- A description of the damage.
- Clear photos showing the damaged item.
How to Make a Return
- Contact our Customer Service team at support@seductivesecrets.co.uk with the reason for your return, including details of the item(s).
- Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to return the item.
- Repackage your items securely to ensure they arrive back in perfect condition.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 14 working days of receiving your return and will be issued to the original payment method.
